Enterprise vs Express... What Is 'BES'T For You?

Back

There is little to differentiate between the new BlackBerry Enterprise Server Express (BESX) and the BlackBerry Enterprise server (BES) version. That being said, the differences are something to consider.

There is a 75 user limit on the BES Express if you are putting the software on your Microsoft Exchange or Microsoft Small Business Server.

Their is also a limited number of IT policies (BES Express is limited to 35 IT policies while the full version BlackBerry Enterprise Sever has over 410 available to you) and such advanced features like desk phone PBX integration cannot be done on the BESX but can be done on the BES.
